Exchanging a Defective Item

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To exchange a defective item, please contact customer service at 1-888-924-8320 or via email at info@themodani.com. Proof of purchase and proof of defectiveness must be provided to The Modani. You may send photos of the defective product via email, or return the item to The Modani. If you wish to ship products back, please contact us and we will provide a return label.

Refunds

Unfortunately, items purchased on the Website cannot be returned and/or refunded unless a fulfillment error was made on our side. If your The Modani product is defective, we will happily exchange it.
